Workshop 2: Binh Phuoc Investment Opportunities:

Workshop 15: WTO commitments in banking, accounting &  finance, indirect investment and capital markets:
The government of Vietnam made strong efforts toward finalizing its WTO commitments, particularly in the finance sector by allowing the establishment of 100% foreign owned bank branches. Ownership limits on foreign strategic partners in JS commercial banks will be raised to 15-20%, from 10%. How foreign and local financial institutions prepare themselves in the new operating environment will be presented in this particularly important discussion group.
